Generally

Nelbae Home reserves the right for any printing errors, final sales and/or factual errors that may be found on our website, or in advertisements. If you are under 18, you must have a parent's permission to order from us. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Nelbae Home reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Prices

All goods in our range are stated in SEK including VAT. We reserve the right to price changes, and reserve ourselves for possible printing errors and/or final sales. Promotions and discounted prices apply while stocks last, alternatively until the end date of the campaign. We reserve the right to update prices continuously depending on stock status during promotional periods.

When an order is placed, the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. In the event of obvious inaccuracies, such as explanatory mistakes, prices or product information stated in the order confirmation (or invoice), Nelbae Home reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, after which a new order confirmation will be sent out via e-mail. The customer has the right to cancel his order without costs if the corrections are not accepted.

Payment

We use Klarna as a payment partner. Among the payment options, there is the possibility to choose between, among other things invoice, card payment, and partial payment.

Personal data

When you complete a transaction on Nelbae home via store or e-commerce, you enter necessary personal information such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your personal data internally in accordance with Swedish law in order to be able to fulfill our obligations towards you as a consumer. The data is used for identification, administration and communication, including unique customer offers and targeted marketing. The data may also be used for customer analyzes and statistical collection. Personal data may be registered as a customer number. We treat your personal data with the utmost care and guarantee, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL 1998:204), that your personal data is only used for internal use. The exception is third-party solutions, which need certain information to be able to fulfill their respective commitments, including Klarna for payment and delivery.

Payment

We use Klarna as a payment partner. Via Klarna you can easily pay with e.g. credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express), bank transfer, partial payment or invoice payment. In the event of a credit purchase, a credit check is carried out by Klarna. In order for a credit purchase to be completed, you must enter a personal or organization number. This must correspond to the buyer's registered address. Invoices are sent via e-mail in connection with the delivery leaving our warehouse. The payment terms are 14 days net, unless otherwise agreed, e.g. "buy now, pay next month". If the invoice is not paid on time, a reminder is sent and then a reminder fee of SEK 50 is charged, as well as late payment interest of 24% and the applicable reference rate. In case of invoice payment, an invoice fee of SEK 29 is added.

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE

We apply a right of exchange for 7 days on all products from the regular assortment in the store, and a 14-day right of withdrawal (right of exchange) from the day you received your package in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005-59). The exception from open purchase applies to consumer-tailored order goods and hygiene articles.

The Distance Contracts Act gives you the full right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to make a return, please let us know kundservice@nelbaehome.se . We refund the purchase amount within 30 days, in cases where the consumer cancels the purchase on valid grounds. The right of withdrawal only applies if the following requirements are met:

The item is unused and flawless.
Invoice/receipt available and can be presented.
Original packaging or the equivalent is adequate packaging

If you cancel your purchase within the cancellation period, we will credit the entire purchase amount. As a consumer, however, you are responsible for any delivery and return costs. Please note that the consumer is also responsible for the return transport. The returned item must be in perfect condition and must be returned with its original packaging, or equivalent packaging. If you are unsure, please contact our support before any return, and we will get back to you with instructions.

Complaint

We comply with current legislation and recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Agency, which means that you as a consumer have a one-year warranty and three years' right to complain. The right to complain only applies if the following requirements are met:

The invoice/receipt must always be presented when invoking the warranty.
Attach clear pictures of what is wrong with the product.

Return of goods

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at kundservice@nelbaehome.se for further instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused if the above return conditions are not met. Read our full return conditions above under "open purchase".

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, Nelbae Home AB follows the General Complaints Board's decision.
